Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and MonsterInsights

  • _ga: Used to distinguish users by assigning a randomly generated number as the client identifier.
  • _gid: Used to distinguish users.
  • _gat: Used to limit the request rate.

MonsterInsights makes it easier to integrate GA4 with our WordPress site.
It helps us collect data such as pages visited, duration of visit, which page the user came from, and other user interaction with the site.

The data collected is anonymized and cannot be traced back to individuals.
The data is stored by Google in accordance with their

Microsoft Clarity

We collect statistics on how our website is used so that we can make it even better. Microsoft Clarity may set the following cookies:

Responsibilities

Rada Labs AS is the data controller and is responsible for the collection and use of personal data in connection with the operation and maintenance of https://appmin.io.

Purpose and personal data

The storage of personal data is related to the “contact us” function as a visitor to www.radalabs.no. register via contact form. Registration of information in the contact form is voluntary. Rada Labs AS uses this information to get in touch with its customers.

In the contact form, information about name/company name, e-mail and message is collected and stored.

The information collected is stored on Rada Labs’ servers at Spaceship and Microsoft Azure. Only Rada Labs AS has access to the information collected.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and MonsterInsights

In addition, we collect anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4 and MonsterInsights to analyze and improve our website.
This includes information about which pages are visited, duration of visit, geographic location (at city level), and how the user navigates the website.
This information cannot be used to identify individuals and is not shared with third parties other than Google, which processes the data in accordance with its privacy policy.

Microsoft Clarity

We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral data, heat maps and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. In addition, we use this information for website optimization, fraud/security purposes and advertising. Access and rectification

According to section 18 of the Personal Data Act, you are entitled to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written request to Rada Labs AS. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you may demand that it be corrected in accordance with section 27 of the Personal Data Act

 

Storage and deletion

According to section 28 of the Personal Data Act, information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was stored must be deleted. Rada Labs AS stores personal data in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time.
